A dedicated desk at Oh My Desk is your own permanent reserved spot in our coworking area in Dubai — same desk every day, your name on it, your gear stays there overnight.

1,500 AED a month, all-inclusive, available in Downtown (Al Fattan, facing City Walk), Business Bay (Bay Square Building 12, 90 seconds from the metro), and Dubai Design District (D3) opening 1 September 2026.

What you get for that 1,500: 24/7 access with your personal badge, lockable storage for your monitor or laptop dock, Wi-Fi up to 2 Gbps on a business-grade line, DEWA and air-conditioning, unlimited specialty coffee and tea, six hours of meeting room time each month, reception and secretarial services during business hours, and access to all three Oh My Desk locations on the same membership. No setup fee, no DEWA surcharge, no deposit on monthly plans. The number on the contract is the number on your invoice. The dedicated desk is the right call if you come to the workspace four or more days a week, if you keep equipment at your spot, or if you just hate not having your own seat.At 1,500 AED a month it sits between the hot desk (950 AED, flexible seating) and the

private office (from 6,500 AED, your own room). Most of our dedicated desk members are solo founders, consultants, ecommerce operators and remote employees of international companies — people who need consistency and a permanent setup without the cost of a private room.

The community matters too. There are roughly 750 members across the three Oh My Desk locations — a mix of founders, small startup teams, freelancers and consultants. We run monthly member breakfasts, founder dinners, padel sessions, and occasional partner events with banks and free-zone authorities. It's a working community, not a networking factory — most days are quiet and focused, and the events are there when you want them.
