A hot desk at Oh My Desk is the simplest way to get a workspace in central Dubai: you walk in, take whichever seat is free in the coworking area, plug in, and work. 950 AED a month for unlimited monthly access, or 120 AED for a one-day pass — no booking, no membership commitment, just show up. Available in Downtown (Al Fattan, facing City Walk), Business Bay (Bay Square Building 12, 90 seconds from the metro),and Dubai Design District (D3) from 1 September 2026.

What's included for 950 AED a month: 24/7 access with your personal badge, Wi-Fi up to 2 Gbps on a business-grade line, DEWA and air-conditioning, unlimited specialty coffee and tea, three hours of meeting room time each month, reception during business hours, mail handling, and access to all three Oh My Desk locations on the same membership. No setup fee, no DEWA surcharge, no community fee, no deposit.

The price you sign for is the price on your invoice. The hot desk is the right call if you work one to three days a week from the space, if your week is mixed between client sites and the office, if you travel often, or if you're new to Dubai and want flexibility before you commit. Most of our hot desk members are freelancers, remote employees of international companies, consultants between projects, and founders in their first three months of setup. Day passes work well if you're visiting Dubai for a week, or if you just need a quiet place between two client meetings. When the hot desk is NOT the right call: if you come four or more days a week, get a dedicated desk at 1,500 AED a month — the consistency is worth the extra 550. If you take a lot of confidential calls or need branded signage, look at a private office from 6,500. If you only need a Dubai address for your trade licence and not a physical desk, the virtual office at 8,000 AED a year is more cost-effective.The community matters too. Around 750 members across the three Oh My Desk locations — freelancers, small startup teams, consultants, founders. Monthly member breakfasts, founder dinners, padel sessions, and partner events with UAE banks and free-zone authorities. It's a working community, not a networking factory. To get started: walk in any day between 8am and 7pm at any of the three locations for a free 15-minute tour, or buy a 120 AED day pass directly at the front desk. Monthly members usually get their badge and start working the same day they sign.

Our standards

Every space, the same intention.

Every space, the same intention.

Natural light, thoughtful layout, and everything you need to work without distraction. The space changes, the standard doesn't.

Soho is one of London's most creative and energetic postcodes and Broadwick Street sits right at the centre of it. Independent cafés, world-class restaurants, galleries and agencies have called this neighbourhood home for decades. Monmouth Coffee is a 3-minute walk, Bao Soho and Kricket are around the corner, and Golden Square offers a rare patch of green when you need to step away from the desk.
