A private office at Oh My Desk is your own enclosed, lockable room in central Dubai —
your door, your team, your brand signage. Sized for 2 to 15 people, fully furnished from day one, available in Downtown (Al Fattan, facing City Walk), Business Bay (Bay Square Building 12, 90 seconds from the metro), and Dubai Design District (D3) opening 1 September 2026. Pricing scales with team size: 6,500 AED a month for a 2-person office, around 9,000 for 4-5 people, 11,000 to 14,000 for 6-8, and up to 16,276 for a
10-15 person room. What's included in the monthly price: 24/7 access for your whole team, lockable office
door with personal badges, Wi-Fi up to 2 Gbps with redundant fibre, DEWA and air-conditioning, daily professional cleaning, unlimited specialty coffee and tea, six hours of meeting room time per month, mail handling and visitor reception, 100 free copies, personalised office signage with your brand, access to all three Dubai locations, and — the one founders care about most — Ejari registration included. We file the Ejari with RERA within 48 hours of you signing, accepted by DET mainland and the major free zones (IFZA, RAKEZ, Meydan, Shams).
The private office is the right call if you have a team of two or more, if you take confidential client calls, if you want a real Dubai address for your trade licence without paying for a virtual office on top of coworking, if your accountant or investors expect you to have a proper office, or if you just hate the noise of open-space coworking. Most of our private office members are founders with 2-5 employees, consultancies and law firms, international companies opening a Dubai branch, tech startups raising funding, family offices, and growing teams that scaled past dedicated desks.
Compared to a traditional Dubai commercial lease: our 2-person office at 78,000 AED a year all-inclusive costs roughly half what a comparable Downtown lease would (60,000+ AED rent, plus 12,000 DEWA, plus 6,000 internet, plus 12,000 cleaning, plus 40,000-150,000 fit-out, plus deposit, plus broker fees, plus 1-3 year commitment). You
move in within 24 to 48 hours of signing, with no fit-out period and no DEWA account to open in your name.
Compared to a dedicated desk: the private office gives you the same permanence plus your own enclosed room, full privacy, your own door, your own brand signage, and the Ejari for your trade licence (the dedicated desk does not include Ejari).
The price difference (1,500 vs 6,500 for a 2-person office) is the price of those four things. If your trade licence depends on it, the private office pays for itself. A few details people ask at the tour: yes, you can customise the office (signage,furniture arrangement, additional monitors); yes, you can scale to a bigger room mid-
contract without penalty; yes, your visitors get reception service and paid parking validation; yes, the WiFi is reliable enough for confidential video calls (we've had three brief outages in 12 months, each resolved within 30 minutes through our secondary ISP).
