Oh My Desk operates two locations: Downtown Dubai (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall) and Business Bay (near Bay Avenue Mall and Marasi Drive). Both locations are within walking distance of metro stations and major business areas.

Can I use a private office for visa sponsorship in Dubai?

Yes. Our private offices come with an Ejari-eligible tenancy contract, which is required to sponsor employee visas through the UAE immigration system. Many freelancers and companies use our private offices specifically for this purpose. The Ejari registration is included in your monthly fee.

Do I need to pay for DEWA and internet separately?

No. DEWA (electricity and water), air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps) are all included in your monthly private office rent. You receive one invoice per month with no surprises. This is one of the main advantages of a serviced private office over a traditional office lease in Dubai.

Is there parking available at Oh My Desk?

Both our Downtown Dubai and Business Bay locations have access to public parking nearby. Downtown Dubai has paid parking available on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and in Dubai Mall's parking structure. Business Bay has more accessible street parking and building parking options. The Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is a 5-minute walk from our Downtown location.
