Welcome to Oh My Desk Business Center LLC, a coworking space and private office provider based in Dubai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, www.ohmydesk.com (the "Website").

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. For terms governing membership or office agreements, please refer to the Oh My Desk Membership & Serviced Office Agreement.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this Website, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, as updated from time to time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Oh My Desk's services, including coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, virtual office services and flexible workspaces at our locations in Dubai.

Website content that is descriptive or promotional in nature — service descriptions, photographs, indicative pricing and availability — is provided for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Where the Website allows you to place an order and pay online (for example a day pass, a meeting room booking, or a Virtual Office & Ejari package), the order you submit and confirm at checkout forms a binding contract between you and Oh My Desk Business Center LLC on the terms displayed at the time of purchase, together with these Terms.

Orders placed online are governed by our Terms of Sale, which set out prices, VAT, cancellation and refunds.

Ongoing memberships, dedicated desks and private offices remain subject to a separate Membership & Serviced Office Agreement signed between the parties, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

Intellectual property rights

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, videos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Oh My Desk Business Center LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Permitted use. You are permitted to view and browse the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, and to print or download a single copy of any page for personal reference only.

Prohibited use. You may not, without prior written authorisation from Oh My Desk:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content for commercial purposes
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Website content
Use any content in a way that misrepresents its origin or implies endorsement by Oh My Desk

User conduct

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by any such invalidity or unenforceability.

Non-waiver

Failure by Oh My Desk to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of Oh My Desk's right to enforce it on any future occasion.

No waiver of any right or provision shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Oh My Desk Business Center LLC.
