Can you book without being a member?

Yes — the rooms are open to everyone, by the hour, half day or full day.

What does the hourly rate include?

Fibre Wi-Fi 2 Gbps, wireless screen sharing, 4K screen, whiteboard and markers, water, coffee and tea, reception service, printing and scanning.

How do I book?

The fastest way: WhatsApp +971 4 304 4222 with the date, time, number of guests and preferred location — reply within 30 working minutes. Same-day booking possible before 2pm subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free up to 24h before. Within 24h: 50%. A genuine emergency: no charge.

Do you offer catering?

Yes, as an option — tell us when you book.

How much does a meeting room cost in Dubai?

From AED 120 per hour plus 5% VAT at Oh My Desk, bookable and payable online with instant confirmation.

Can I book without being a member?

Yes — the rooms are open to everyone. Book online, pay by card, and the room is confirmed immediately.

How many people fit in your rooms?

From 6 to 20: Champs-Élysées (6) and Eiffel Tower (15) at Downtown, Concorde (8) and La Défense (8) at Business Bay, Louvre (20) and Opera (8) at Design District.

What equipment is in the rooms?

A 4K screen with video-conferencing, high-speed Wi-Fi, whiteboard, complimentary water and coffee, and reception service to greet your guests.

Can I book a half day or a full day?
