Private offices and dedicated desks, on contracts of 6 months or more, across our three addresses. A registered client who starts small and upgrades to a larger private office within the validity period stays your client.

Day passes, virtual office and standalone Ejari packages, and meeting rooms rented by the hour carry no commission. It is not a matter of principle: these products are too short or too thin to carry an intermediary. You are still welcome to send them our way, simply without a fee.

You need a valid licence to invoice us. If you are VAT-registered in the UAE, 5% VAT is added on top of the commission. We pay against an invoice, never in cash, and always to the entity named on the licence.

Our private offices are priced per month and per desk: the contract value, and therefore your commission, depends on the number of desks, the address and the term. Price ranges are published on each location page, and your contact confirms a firm figure before the viewing.

Commercial real estate brokers, RERA-registered agents, company formation firms, lawyers and accountants, consultants, and independent introducers. There is no framework agreement to sign and no minimum volume: one approved registration is enough to get started.

The client must be registered through the form on this page before their first viewing and before any contact with our team. A client already in discussion with us, who has already visited, or who has already been registered by another partner cannot be claimed. It is the only way to keep the programme clean for everyone.

We check prior contact in our CRM and come back to you within 24 working hours: registration approved, or declined with the reason. If the client was already known to us, we say so plainly rather than let you work for nothing.

From the moment it is approved, your registration protects the client for 90 days. If no contract is signed within that window it expires — but it can be renewed on request as long as the deal is genuinely alive. Tell us before the deadline rather than after.

We arrange the viewing within 24 working hours, with or without you — your call. You then receive the offer sent to the client and the status of the deal at every stage, through to signature and the first rent payment.

Your commission is triggered when the client's first rent payment is received. You send us your invoice, we pay by bank transfer within 30 days. Nothing is paid before that first payment lands, and nothing is clawed back if the client leaves earlier than planned.

Give us a time slot and we set the viewing within 24 working hours, including late in the day when the client is at work. If the client comes without you, your name stays on their file.

We tell you what is genuinely free, from what date and at what price — not a theoretical list. If a unit is already under negotiation with someone else, you hear it before you promise it to your client.

For each deal: registration approved, viewing done, offer sent, contract signed, first rent received, commission paid. You always know where your client stands without having to chase us.
