What an Ejari actually is
An Ejari is the official registration of a tenancy contract in Dubai. The word means "my rent" in Arabic. The system belongs to the Dubai Land Department and is run by RERA, its real estate regulator. Until a lease has gone through Ejari, it does not exist for the administration: it is a paper signed between two people, nothing more.
The registration produces a certificate with a contract number. It states who the landlord is, who the tenant is, which unit is rented, for how much and over what period. That document, not the lease, is what the authorities check.
Why your licence requires it. A company in Dubai must have a registered address. The Department of Economy and Tourism does not accept an address typed into a form: it checks that a valid Ejari exists at that address, in your company's name. Its portal queries the Dubai Land Department database directly, and the Ejari address must match the licence address.
What happens without one. Your licence application is not processed. At renewal it is worse: the file is blocked the moment you submit it, you renew nothing, you amend nothing, and late penalties run on the licence. Several things depend on it downstream — bank file, VAT registration, visa procedures.
An Ejari is renewed every year, along with the lease. It is not a one-off formality. With us the renewal is included in the annual price, and we chase you before the deadline.

How it works
You pick the package and pay by card on the site. No appointment, no travel, no mandatory visit.
A copy of your valid passport; your trade licence if you already have one, or your trade name certificate and initial approval if you are still setting up; your Emirates ID if you are a resident; the company's exact legal name, activity and authorised signatory. If you are going through a formation agent, we deal with your agent directly.
We draw up the tenancy contract in your company's name and put it through the Dubai Land Department's Ejari system. You get the certificate by email within 24 working hours of payment and complete documents.
You file your licence application with the Ejari. After that your mail comes to us, your meeting rooms are bookable, and we chase you before the annual deadline.
