Who we are
A licensed Dubai business centre, run by the people who answer the phone.
Oh My Desk is operated by Oh My Desk Business Center L.L.C, a company licensed in Dubai, with a branch — its own trade licence, its own tax registration — at each of our three addresses. You are not signing with a global brand and a call centre abroad. You are signing with the entity that holds the lease, and the manager of that floor is the person who shows you round.
We do one thing: workspace you can move into this week. A hot desk when you work alone, a dedicated desk when you want a spot of your own, a private office when you come as a team, a meeting room by the hour, and a registered address with Ejari when the company exists before the office does.
What we try to be different at is the part before you sign: prices published on this site, contracts you can read in one sitting, and a real answer within two working hours.

The price is on the page.
Coworking at AED 950 a month, dedicated desk at AED 1,500, private offices from AED 6,000, meeting rooms from AED 120 an hour, Virtual Office with Ejari at AED 8,000 a year. All excluding 5% VAT, added at checkout.

You can book and pay online.
A day pass or a meeting room is booked and paid here in a few minutes, with instant confirmation and a QR code the front desk scans on arrival. No deposit call, no email thread to reserve an hour.

Access is 24/7. The desk is staffed.
Members get in with a badge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The front desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm — that is when there is a human, not when the door opens.

Meeting room hours are included.
Hours in the room, not a discount voucher: 1 hour a month with coworking, 4 hours with a dedicated desk, 6 hours with a private office. Beyond that, the published hourly rate.

One membership, three addresses.
Your badge and your account work in Downtown, Business Bay and, from October, Design District. You do not pay three times to be able to work where your next meeting is.

We do the paperwork too.
Registered address and Ejari, company setup, accounting and VAT, HR and payroll, legal and P.R.O. services — handled by our Business Consultancy team, in the same building as your desk.

Who is behind Oh My Desk?
Oh My Desk is operated by Oh My Desk Business Center L.L.C, a company licensed in Dubai. It is an independent business centre, not a franchise of an international brand. Each of the three addresses is a branch of that company, with its own trade licence and its own tax registration, and each has an on-site manager who is the person you meet on your tour.
Where are your locations in Dubai?
Oh My Desk has three addresses in Dubai. Downtown is in Al Fattan Downtown, facing City Walk, five minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road. Business Bay is in Bay Square Building 12, Marasi Drive, two minutes from The Dubai Mall. Design District is at 1G D3 Street, Za'abeel Second, and opens on 1 October 2026, with pre-bookings open now.
Does one membership give access to all three locations?
Yes. Your badge and your account work at all Oh My Desk addresses. You can take a desk in Downtown in the morning and book a meeting room in Business Bay in the afternoon without a second contract and without paying twice. From 1 October 2026 the same badge opens Design District.
Are the prices on the site the ones I will actually pay?
Yes, with one addition: every price shown on this site excludes VAT, and 5% VAT is added at checkout. Coworking is 950 AED a month, the dedicated desk 1,500 AED a month in Downtown, private offices start at 6,000 AED a month, meeting rooms start at 120 AED an hour, and Virtual Office with Ejari is 8,000 AED a year. A day pass advertised at 120 AED is charged 126 AED with VAT.
Can I get into the space outside office hours?
Yes. Members get in with their badge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights and weekends. The front desk is a different thing: it is staffed Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. Outside those hours the space runs on its own, with fibre Wi-Fi, printing and meeting rooms bookable from your account.
Can I register my company at your address?
Yes. The Virtual Office with Ejari gives you a registered address in Dubai, the Ejari certificate your licence application needs, and mail handling, for 8,000 AED a year excluding VAT. If you also need the licence itself, our Business Consultancy team handles company setup, accounting, VAT, payroll and P.R.O. services from the same building.
How quickly can I move in?
In most cases within 24 hours of your visit. The desks and offices are furnished and connected, and your badge is issued on the day you arrive. Book a free tour and the team confirms within two working hours what is available, at which address, and at what price.
