You are an Oh My Desk member and you recommend someone? The person you refer gets 50% off their first month and you get one month free. That free month is credited once they have been with us for 3 full months, as a deduction on your next invoice. The programme covers private offices and dedicated desks, with a 6-month minimum contract, and the referral must be declared before first contact.

01What each side gets

Two rewards, one for each of you. They are not triggered at the same moment.

50% off month 1The person you refer: half their first month

They pay 50% of their first month. The discount is applied when they sign their contract, with no code and nothing for them to claim.

1 month freeYou: one month free

As the referring member, you get one month free on your own contract. You keep the same office and the same plan: it is your usual monthly fee that is covered.

The free month comes after 3 monthsAfter 3 months

It is credited once the person you referred has been with us for 3 full months. That delay simply confirms they have genuinely settled in.

Always on invoice, never in cashInvoice credit

The free month takes the form of a deduction on your next invoice. It is never paid out in cash or by cheque.

Up to three times a year3 referrals / year

You can be rewarded for a maximum of 3 referrals in the same year. Nothing stops you from talking about us more often, but the reward stops at three.

Referrals are declared through the form on this page, before the person you refer gets in touch with us. A referral declared after the fact cannot be taken into account.

A 6-month minimum contract6-month minimum

The person you refer must sign for at least 6 months. Below that duration, the referral does not apply.

Private office or dedicated deskEligible plans

Only private offices — closed offices — and dedicated desks qualify for the programme, across our three Dubai addresses.

Day passes, daily coworking, virtual office and Ejari, and meeting rooms are not eligible.

Someone we do not know yet3-month window

The person you refer must not have been in contact with Oh My Desk in the previous 3 months. If they had already written to us or visited a space recently, the referral does not apply.

The credit shows on your invoiceInvoice credit

Once the 3 months are complete, the free month is applied to your next invoice. You see it directly as a deduction, with nothing to claim.

03Limits and framework

A few simple rules, so the programme stays fair for everyone.

One referrer per personFirst to declare

The first member to declare a given person is the one recognised as the referrer. Later declarations for the same person are not taken into account.

No self-referral

You cannot refer yourself, nor refer a company in which you are already a member or a shareholder within the same entity.

Three rewarded referrals a yearMaximum 3 a year

Each referring member can be rewarded for a maximum of 3 referrals per year.

Team and close relatives excluded

Oh My Desk employees and their close relatives are not eligible for the programme.

The programme may changeNo end date

It has no announced end date. Oh My Desk may amend or end it at any time, with no effect on referrals already validated.

Personal data and governing lawPDPL · UAE law

Ask the person for their agreement before sending us their details: their data is processed in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL) and with our privacy policy. The programme is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get for recommending someone?
You get one month free on your contract for every person you refer who moves in and stays at least 3 months. The person you refer gets 50% off their first month. Both rewards apply: neither of you has to choose for the other.
When is the free month credited?
The free month is credited after 3 full months of the referred member being with us. It appears as a deduction on your next invoice. It is never paid out in cash or by cheque.
Which plans qualify for the referral programme?
Only private offices — closed offices — and dedicated desks qualify, with a 6-month minimum contract. Day passes, daily coworking, virtual office and Ejari, and meeting rooms are not part of the programme. If the person you refer is hesitating between plans, our team will tell them which ones come with the discount.
Can I refer someone who has already contacted you?
No: the person you refer must not have been in contact with Oh My Desk in the 3 months before your declaration. That is why the referral has to be declared before their first exchange with us. Once those three months have passed, a referral becomes possible again.
How many people can I refer?
You can be rewarded for a maximum of 3 referrals per year. Beyond that, your recommendations are still very welcome, but they no longer earn a free month. And for any given person, only one referrer is recognised: the first to declare them.
Can I refer my own company or a business partner?
No, self-referral is not accepted: you cannot refer yourself, nor a company in which you are already a member or a shareholder within the same entity. Oh My Desk employees and their close relatives are not eligible either. If you are unsure about a particular situation, ask us before you declare it.
How do I declare a referral?
Fill in the referral form on this page before your contact reaches out to us — the declaration must come first, that is what makes it valid.
What does the person I refer get?
A welcome advantage on their first contract, on top of the standard offer — and the same 24-hour move-in as every new member.
Does the reward apply at all three locations?
Yes — Downtown, Business Bay and Design District all qualify, as long as the contract is a private office or a dedicated desk of 6 months or more.
Can a company refer another company?
Yes — the programme works for individuals and companies alike; only self-referral (yourself, or a company you belong to) is excluded.
